The landlord, wife and entire family live there. You have no privacy. They are loud, constantly making noise, slamming doors and going up and down the stairs. The landlord increases rent at every opportunity. The landlord controls the heat and hot water and turns them off whenever pleases. It’s a mile to the closest subway and brutal during the winter and hottest months.
Advice to the owners
Shame on you!
