Bad management ok unit

Somewhat up to date renovation and applicances
Cons
Paper thin wall, dirty hallway and bad management. They only care about getting the rent paid on time other wise will give you a huge fine. But they barely respond to any of your request on time

Pros
Prime location in South Williamsburg High ceilings Minor noise (considering you’re next to the train) No pest issues
Cons
The apartment is literally in front of the JMZ train (but back units are quieter)
