Love the building, could use some improvements
Pros
Location, views, quiet
Cons
Seasonal prob with roaches (exterminator is worthless), bathroom tiles need fixing (won’t happen), strange # of outlets (some rooms too many, bathroom has ZERO).
Advice to the owners
Get a new exterminator. Just do it. Even if it’s expensive. We’ve ALL had issues.

Great and affordable!
Pros
Great location, very close to 52nd St's 7 line!
Cons
Dated decor and appliances but typical of pre-war buildings. FDNY in front of the building can be annoying sometimes.
Advice to the owners
Better communication between landlord and tennant would be appreciated.
