Pretty good friendly people
Pros
People stay a long time and are chill and friendly. It’s pretty standard and not tons of issues. Elevator works well and laundry is decent

Sometimes loud parties and owners could be more responsive at times

Building can be loud with J/M/Z train behind it Some units could use serious renovation
