Good condo building
Pros
Good outdoor space, parking in the rear building
Cons
Narrow driveway to the rear, not a lot of sunlight

Old Building With only a few issues
Pros
Pest control is done often, building is kept decently clean.
Cons
Issues with building management, but superintendent is nice and friendly. Despite having elderly neighbors, there are some loud neighbors.
Advice to the owners
Put up a tip box for complaints.
