Overall positive experience, but some issues
Pros
I liked the location, size, and amenities.
Cons
I did not like the pests, mail management, leaks.

Nice apartment but gross garbage area
Pros
Management is responsive. Apartment itself is pest free. Neighbors are nice.
Cons
The garbage outside of the building is out of control. You can hear and see rats crawling around it all night. In the morning the garbage is strewn around everywhere and sometimes remains like that for days at a time before management cleans up.
