A decent place to live
Pros
Great neighborhood with great neighbors. Overall the LLC deals with most issues and are fine to work with. Hot water and water pressure are good.
Cons
The LLC that manages this property cycles through property managers often, and they never tell you when one quits and a new one starts. Some property managers are better/more responsive than others. Laundry is in building, but they refuse to fix the dryer, which doesn't work well. I wouldn't live on the first floor since those apartments deal with leaks from upper floors regularly. We deal with pests regularly. Sometimes the exterminator shows up when scheduled, sometimes he doesn't. We live near McGuinness, so street noise can be loud. Finally, management were extremely stingy with the heat one winter and it was freezing until I threatened to report them to 311. Now the temperature is always comfortable!
Advice to the owners
Please fix the dryer.
