Decent spot to live
Pros
Owner is very responsive and will help with anything. The design is nice. Great street. Can't hear street noise if in the back-facing units.
Cons
Appliances are new but cheap (kitchen, bathroom, in-unit laundry) so things break frequently. Walls are thin so can hear everything. First floor neighbor throws parties on their large deck after weekdays 5-8am
