Pros
Relatively quiet block until recently. Nice neighbors.
Cons
Pest issue. Owner turns off heat in the winter. Unresponsive. Owner by a convicted criminal. Multiple instances of homeless breaking into and management did nothing to secure the building.
Advice to the owners
Stop being a criminal.
