Old building, but best management
Pros
Great location, small building, better than average unit size, best landlords ever
Cons
Rumble from subway, some nightlife noise, garbage bins get filled quickly, very hot in summer
Advice to the owners
Have garbage emptied promptly and clean stairwell more thoroughly
