Quintessential (Pet Friendly) Upper East Charm
Pros
The building is very clean, monthly pest control services, a gorgeous back garden that is occupant maintained (a private oasis perfect for summer afternoon respite). The property managers are available 247 and very responsive. Laundry room in the basement and bike storage available.
Cons
Not all tenants have access to storage bin in basement. No roof access. Super is daytime/offsite (not live in) though he does live two blocks away.
Advice to the owners
