From the get-go we had so many issues with this apartment from a cockroach infestation to nearly 7 mice in a month. It turned out it was all coming from our dishwasher but the amount of effort it took to get management to answer and send over pest control was an absolute nightmare. The entire garbage area is overridden with rats, there was always flooding in the hallway - DO NOT move here

Cons
Massive roach infestations, rats always in the garbage room, several mice in my apartment, and the management was unhelpful and unresponsive. The occasional exterminator came in and refused to properly investigate or solve the many problems with the apartment and building. Had to live elsewhere for months due to the uninhabitable conditions and no rent abatement was granted. Oh also, no laundry in building, frequent package thefts, and gas/electric bills were extremely high. Save yourself and avoid this property.
