Pros
Building well maintained, someone comes and cleans hallways weekly and removes trash, responds to maintenance requests daily quickly during week, updated kitchens and bathrooms
Cons
No laundry in building, no elevator, rooms all different sizes

Super is super tough to get a hold of but the management co is good
