Hazardous Apt. Great location

Cons
• Old rotting building • No upkeep from landlords •Mold in bathroom • Multiple cracks in ceiling that often fill with water and leak in multiple places in the apt • Toilet would often clog. Land lords solution: use one ply toilet paper and try to not go so often... (didnt work) • Landlords refuse to fix any of these problems
Advice to the owners
Fix the apt or tear it down.
