Good for a short stay
Pros
Great location (~3 minutes to the G train); generally clean space.
Cons
No elevator, neighborhood can be a bit noisy. Is owned by a co-living company, so tenants can range in quality. Ownership is very non-responsive.
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive.
