The building is infested with roaches. When I say infested I mean there’s not a single place in the apartment you won’t find them. I got bit on the face and had a roach bite for over 2 weeks. The building is also infested with mice. The smell of them won’t leave the apartment because they poop behind the stove. Super and building will not do anything about it. Management is uncommunicative. Impossible to speak to a human. They are 100% unreachable. No heat. Unreliable hot water. Mice. Roaches.
Advice to the owners
Own up to the scam you guys are running. Stop wasting people’s time and money.
