Close to the Q Super is very nice
Cons
Landlord is not responsive Heat constantly failed during the winter, especially the coldest weekends Hot water constantly ran out Rats in the basement When it rained, the ceiling in the lobby area would leak At one point during a heavy rain there was water cascading down the stairwell and the fire department had to be called because the building management was unresponsive
