Great apartment
Pros
Great response time from the super, great windows, super nice neighbors!
Cons
Had a few pest problems (mice). But super has been pretty helpful in getting this resolved!

Spacious apartments; rented for 2 years and only had a couple of roaches throughout the time
Cons
Building has a mouse problem!! Make sure that all holes are properly closed
