Clean building, rent controlled
Pros
Building is clean and rent controlled. Landlord addresses issues relatively quickly.
Cons
Walls are thin and live-in super is an asshole. No mailboxes for each unit, just a group shelf where all mail winds up. If you have a package shipped via USPS you will have to go pick it up. Landlord does not make keys available to postal workers for inane reasoning.
Advice to the owners
Modern appliances would be welcome. Get better people to be the super for this building.
