1. Clean hallways 2. Responsive management for maintenance tickets 3. No pests inside 4. Pet friendly 5. washer/dryer in units

1. Back of the building gets very cold due to no sunlight 2. rats in front the building 3. A lot litter in front of the building

Please address the litter in front of the building.
