Cheap but weird
Pros
Relatively cheap for the size of apartment you get. Good noise insulation between apartments.
Cons
Separate water heater for each apartment means super high electric and gas bills. Eats up a lot of the rent you save. Also management is very unresponsive.

Location is good
Cons
It is above a bar and next to a grocery store with 6am deliveries including on the weekend.
