Great light but a lot of drawbacks
Pros
Big windows and good light. Common areas kept clean
Cons
Very noisy bar backyard facing the back of the building. Heat insulation was terrible

Worst NYC living experience

Apartment itself was great
Cons
Management is THE WORST. Garbage is everywhere on the 5th floor on a tenant’s balcony. Ceiling had water damage and management said they would paint over it, rather than fix it. Building has zero security and the front door would often not close properly. Don’t live here
Advice to the owners
Fix your building and listen to your tenants
