Everything you could want but overpriced
Pros
Laundry in units. Quiet. Responsive management. Central air/heat. Bedrooms on opposite ends for privacy
Cons
Heat bill is outrageous. Its all heated with electricity. Expect to pay 500-600 a month in coldest months.

Best area in Williamsburg, close to all the restaurants and bars, and both the L and the G
Cons
Very steep stairs and water can be boiling hot

The stairs and laundry room could be a bit cleaner
