Terrible landlord was terrorizing people that lived in the apartment by giving forms to fill about the dangerous quality of the apartment. Also she took my first months rent and deposit and refused to give keys, we are in the housing court at the moment waiting for the trial! PLEASE do yourself a favor and don’t rent from this person she is a lyer and not fair and unethical person. She does not care about people that move in her apartment at all!!!!!!
Advice to the owners
Sell the house and move away!!!! You are not fit for the landlord to be !!

HORRIBLE LANDLORD, extremely unethical and would terrorize the tenants living there. She admitted that the building is unsafe to live in and needs massive construction to fix the foundation and is having tenants sign legal documents to not hold her liable if the building falls down with people inside of it. Yet she just upped the rent by $2,000 and is trying to rent it out to new folks. An apartment is not worth your life and safety. It also is infested with mice and the big cockroaches STAY AWAY
