Very solid building
Pros
Noise is low towards the back of the building and if there ever was a problem with the heater landlord would be quick to reply.
Cons
Did have rat issues, which landlord was not quick to respond to and needed take care of it in our own
Advice to the owners
Treat the whole building not just the apartment

Our unit was clean, the hallways are nasty.
