Cheap building in park slope
Pros
Close to prospect park, inexpensive, large bedrooms, nice community in building
Cons
Small kitchen and living room. No windows in kitchen or living area. Leaky sinks, not updated, door buzzer does not work, pushy and obnoxious broker

Update the finishes

Pros
The woman on the first floor keeps the common spaces nice and clean.
Cons
Small apartments, not super responsive landlord. There were some issues with the pipes intermittently.
