Great neighborhood. Warm in the winters. Zero pests
Cons
Homeless people repeatedly breaking in and entering the building. Building owners unwilling for years to provide adequate front door security.

Insane landlord who sexually harassed and threatens rent stabilised tenants, constant construction noise, constant interruption of heat and hot water, no repairs, extortion of undue rent, verbal abuse.
Advice to the owners
Sell the building to someone sane
