Location of building, nice staff
Cons
Management: dishonest with no-show property mgr. not making urgent repairs- people getting stuck in elevator over and over
Advice to the owners
Get decent building manager, repair constantly breaking elevator, they’re saving you money with a disaster waiting to happen

Management is amazing, never raise rent too much YoY, spacious, live in super, great part of EV
