Shabby building inside the landlord brings drunks to do the maintenance
Pros
Public transportation very close by on either side a bar is on every corner
Cons
Maintenance and heat is a big problem I moved out because of bed bugs and the drunken landlord and the crazy family she brings to do maintenance and wants you to do all the maintenance
Advice to the owners
Maintain the building better you got your rent on time every month for five years
