Good building, reasonable rate!
Pros
Close to the park and the train station.
Cons
Loud noise from the train.sometimes the floor is vibrating.

People living in stairwell; Awful Heat
Pros
There is nothing I like about this building at all. My apt is renovated but from the looks of it, by someone who has minimal understanding of contractor work.
Cons
Super's not around on weekends, the heat is completely inadequate (regularly 59 to 63 degrees in February). Mice in the walls. Tenants living in stairwell.
Advice to the owners
Don't buy a building if you're not prepared to take care of it.
