Nice landlord and tenants
Pros
Landlord quickly responds and corrects problems. Neighbors are nice and look out for each other. Apartments are quiet. There is a crying baby downstairs. I can hear him when I’m in the central staircase but not when I’m in my apartment.
Cons
The central staircase is narrow. I couldn’t maneuver my sofa to the 3rd floor so I bought a sofa that could be assembled in the apartment.
