bad landlord

Cute old quirky house in nice location
Cons
Despite paying full rent on time, landlord tries to sue and evict us during pandemic, blamed issues with old house on us and illegally withheld our security deposit, denied ability to sublet, among other things. Had to deal with mice and roaches, leaks and broken appliances.

Treat both your properties and your tenants with more respect and care

Uri Gonen, the landlord, went against things he promised in writing and stole $3000 of our security deposit for illegal things.
