Owner is a slum lord. Don’t be fooled by her sweat, nice demeanor. Enters unit without consent, has forced herself in and refused to leave, ROACHES, threatening/harassing texts/calls. Make sure everything is in writing otherwise she will deny something agreed upon. Dirty. Highly prejudice. No respect for boundaries or tenant rights. Just run.
Advice to the owners
Respect tenants rights and don’t harass them. Don’t just collect rent and not take care of your responsibilities.
