Pros
Great location and easily walkable to many restaurants and bars.
Cons
The heat was never turned on and it took forever to get anyone to fix anything. It was also extremely loud on a busy street

Landlord is a nightmare
Pros
Great location but a nightmare everywhere else.
Cons
Unresponsive landlord. The building has nonstop issues- roaches, lack of heat (for weeks on end) and hot water. It’s impossible to get the landlord on the phone and even harder for him to acknowledge the issues.
Advice to the owners
Do better. A slumlord is not an occupation.
