no heat , the gas has not been working for a year now , my neighbors and myself have been ordering takeout for the past year and they refuse to fix the gas
Advice to the owners
stop being cheap and pay con Edison so you can provide us with heat and gas

No A/C provided - Older building - Certain streets in this area are not as nice as others - Landlord communication can be hit or miss - Walk up stairs
