Location is great, very quiet building
Cons
Super is not responsive and the common areas constantly look dirty
Advice to the owners
Repaint the hallway it looks so dingy, the graffiti in the hall is terrible

Great neighborhood nice building atmosphere friendly and helpful super. Love hearing the cars and sounds of 14th street
