Cons

When the most impressive feat of your landlord is that, out of the tens of thousands of rental owners in NYC, they managed to make the Top 100 Worst list, you know you’ve really arrived. Between the flying cockroaches and ceiling leaks alone, living here felt like at any moment something was bound to land on your head, and it wasn’t going to be pretty. Couple that with a few hundred sleepless nights of mice running between the walls and constant heat/hot water outages, then throw in the hourly earthquakes due to the whole structure being shaky overall, and the point really starts to hit home. But then, when management refuses to address the situation or do anything to fix things, even after countless attempts at contacting them? Well, that’s where it goes from being sad to actually being impressive. Better have 311 on speed dial, you’re gonna need it. Do your research before thinking about it.

Advice to the owners

As the reviewer from next door said, this business isn’t for you.
