The bldg is filthy! The super never washes the floors only the lobby in the 3 years I'mliving there!!! . Bugs everywhere! 5 and 6th floors have massive water leaks peoples ceilings are falling. The outside is also disgusting dogs shit pee smell and where the garbage goes for pick up never gets washed! The sidewalk is all stained and smells. The super is the laziest! And he never comes to fix anything!
Advice to the owners
Get a new super!!! And invest in fixing your building!
