beware the management
Pros
location is great, high ceilings
Cons
there is no buzzer system, landlord does not intend to instal. numerous gas leaks, management does not care. mangement is not responsive, agressive when communicating. probably an incredibly unhappy person and you will definitely feel her bitterness no matter how kindly you treat her, so dont bother. she will treat you as an enemy.
