Former tenant - Avoid this Building
Pros
Centrally located to bars and shops
Cons
1) heat is NEVER on. Constantly had to call super 2) way overpriced for a studio - entire building is comprised of studios 3) the management company Airbnb’s the building constantly. I moved because the Airbnb rentals were loud, rowdy and potentially dangerous 4) DO NOT EXPECT YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK!!!
Advice to the owners
You still have some awesome Tenant’s left in the building. You need to offer them some sort of compensation so they don’t go through with the lawsuit they are planning

Decent building, nice area
Pros
No pest problems, apartment was in good shape
Cons
Some noise in hallways, walls are thin.
