Great place to live
Pros
A great spot, super conveniently located and the super is very responsive. They keep the main areas pretty clean too.
Cons
Definitely a bad roach infestation in the building. We had some pop up, but found where they were coming from and filled the holes and haven't had a problem since. But they definitely live in the walls of the building + exterminator doesn't always get to every apartment that signs up
Advice to the owners
Better extermination!

Pros
Only lived here for six months but I’m satisfied—water pressure is good, place is clean, landlord is pretty responsive

I have inexplicably loud upstairs neighbors
