Family owned - some kinks but overall pleasant
Pros
Great location, always a fast response and fix from landlords (of which there weren't many), clean building and nice layout - a closet in every bedroom.
Cons
The apartment was above a tire shop located right on 4th avenue, so if you need silence during the day, this might not be the spot for you.
