It has its pros and cons
Pros
It’s a safe clean building. I’ve never had an issue with my packages. It’s always clean and there is no smell from the restaurant downstairs.
Cons
No central heating - there is an ac which works great, but electricity bills are ginormous. Also, the walls are paper thin and I can hear my neighbors conversations if I don’t have tv on.
