No heat in building - AVOID
Pros
Super is responsive.
Cons
The entire building has no heat, instead the landlord provided poorly functioning space heaters, which is not an adequate replacement or legal. The building is likely supposed to be rent stabilized but somehow the landlords have escaped this requirement. Would not recommend.

The high ceilings are nice.
Cons
Brown water, mold growing in walls, leaks/flooding rats, rude and racist Super, rude and unresponsive landlord.
Advice to the owners
Do better. And care about your tenants.
