Great neighborhood bad management
Pros
Neighborhood is amazing. Perfect to raise a family.
Cons
If something breaks and needs to be replaced. You literally have to harasss them to get it changed.
Advice to the owners
Better building management. And quicker response to things getting fixed.

New building but small space
Cons
You are responsible for your own heating and hot water bills. All appliances are electric so be prepared to pay $600 during the heating season.
Advice to the owners
Make the building better insulated. The elevator needs to be maintained as it stinks. The entry door is not secured.
