Love living here
Pros
Nice, friendly neighbors. Trash is taken out regularly. Clean, elevator building.
Cons
No roof access. Laundry machines don’t take credit cards or cash (have to load a card). Have had a few cockroaches, and am unsure if they’ve ever sent an exterminator;
