Beside the smell, its a good building

Very well renovated appartment They renovate every apartment after each tenant with new fridge and new stove… Close to everywhere Good super
Cons
Dog piss Smelly building 24/7/365 If you want to smell piss the whole year long, this is the place to be Laundry didnt work since the day i moved in nov 2021

Not enough maintenance staff to service existing space and landlords want to EXPAND

Focus on improving the space that already exists before moving into other projects.
