Wonderful place to live

Pros

Quiet and well maintained. The owner lives in the below unit so she gets things fixed ASAP. There are skylights which are lovely.

Cons

Feels a bit cold in winter because of the skylights. Had a couple big roaches come in from outside through the skylights and open windows when screens aren’t in.
