Rats outside, roaches inside

Pros

- Cute apartments - Amazing area - Landlords live next door - Quiet neighbors

Cons

- Waterbugs from time to time, no matter how clean you are - A lot of rats outside and the entryway to the building is underground between two trash cans so constant fear that a rat will jump on your head while you're descending - Common spaces in building rarely if ever cleaned
