Decent apartment for the price!
Pros
Clean, standard new apartment. Bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious and appliances are new!
Cons
Shared laundry machines were so bad, I had to go to laundromat

Great value and great location
Pros
Relatively modern and clean. Location was super convenient because it's close to a bunch of subway lines and also within biking/walking distance of Astoria and Hunters Point. Management was pretty responsive in general but a little slo at times.
Cons
There was construction right next door and the noise was enough to make me want to move. Water was sometimes dirty when it came out of the faucet. There were some other small things that were a little off: no microwave/dishwasher, random placement of light switches, not a lot of storage space, etc.
Advice to the owners
Fix the water situation.
